Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the ABA NoteFlow AI private testing release and its optional Chrome extension.

Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old, authorized to perform the work you document, and permitted by your employer or organization to use an outside drafting tool. Creating an account does not verify professional credentials.
Permitted use
You may use NoteFlow to create editable drafts from facts you personally observed or are authorized to document. You must use fictional or properly de-identified information during this testing release and comply with your employer, payer, licensing, supervision, documentation, and privacy requirements.
Prohibited use
Do not submit protected health information, client names or identifiers, assessment files, credentials belonging to another person, unlawful content, or facts you did not observe or verify. Do not use the service to bypass access controls, scrape websites without permission, automatically submit or sign clinical records, or represent an AI draft as reviewed when it was not.
Clinical responsibility
NoteFlow is a documentation drafting tool, not a clinician, supervisor, payer, billing authority, emergency service, or legal advisor. You are responsible for reviewing every sentence, correcting errors, confirming objective language, and deciding whether a draft meets agency and payer requirements before use.
Accounts and security
Keep your sign-in and devices secure and notify the testing operator if you suspect unauthorized access. Access may be suspended or removed for misuse, security concerns, nonpayment, or violation of these terms.
Plans and payments
Paid plans, when enabled, provide the displayed note allowance for the stated billing period. Monthly and extra-note allowances expire as described at checkout and do not roll over. Stripe handles payment details, renewals, cancellation, and the customer billing portal. Prices and plan limits shown before purchase control the transaction.
Service availability
This is a testing release. Features may change, fail, or be discontinued, and access may be limited while problems are corrected. Keep your own approved copy of any draft you need; NoteFlow does not store generated drafts on its server.
Disclaimers and liability
The service and drafts are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, NoteFlow disclaims warranties of accuracy, compliance, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. NoteFlow is not responsible for clinical, billing, employment, or regulatory decisions made from an unreviewed or inaccurate draft.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date or an in-app notice. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms. For support, email support@abanoteflow.com.
